Abstinence is the safest birth control. No birth control is 100% effective. Abstinence
is the only definite way not to get pregnant. The choice is yours. Saying "no" means
there are no dangerous side effects of birth control. Saying "no" means there is
no chance of getting pregnant. Saying "no" gives you control of your life. Why abstinence
