The SilverSneakers^® Fitness Program is offered to Universal Health Care Medicare Members* at no additional cost. Enroll in SilverSneakers and you'll receive a basic membership at any participating fitness location, with access to nearly 10,000 participating locations nationwide.

Too far from a location or can't get to a participating location? SilverSneakers^® Steps is a personalized fitness program for Members who don't have convenient access to a SilverSneakers^® location (location is 15 miles or more from their home). After registering as a Steps Member on www.silversneakers.com or calling 1-888-423-4632 (TTY: 711), you'll receive a kit with tools to help you get fit.
